All members intending to participate in race events must ensure the following documentation and requirements are met prior to arriving at the track. Applications will not be processed unless all relevant information is provided in full.

1. Logbooks and Driver Recognition

• All logbooks must be presented at sign-in.

• A Recognised Driver card or a valid One Day Recognition must be shown for every participant in the car on the day of the event.

2. Licensing Requirements

• Some race permits may require additional licence conditions.

• It is your responsibility to confirm specific requirements with each track before the event.

3. Medical Requirements

• All new recognition applications must be accompanied by a completed medical.

• A current Licence medical is accepted.

• Medical forms must be stamped by a doctor to be valid.

4. Supporting Documentation

To process Recognition and Pit Crew Passes, applicants must provide the following:

• One (1) current photo

• Ambulance Scheme Number and its expiry date

• Completed Safety Gear Sheet (required for all licence applications)
